Deborah’s Mission

To show people a path to a healthier, happier, and longer life using integrated Bodywork therapies. Deborah realizes one size does not fit all when it comes to healing. Her focus is to help people literally “lighten up” by teaching them how to heal, relieve stress and take care of themselves so they will be stronger individuals both inside and out their entire lives. Helping to bring back an individual’s health that has been compromised by stress repetitive activities, injuries, surgery, illness, cancer or everyday life through education and self-empowerment.

About Deborah

In the early 1980’s, Deborah had chronic back pain being an athlete and the mother of two. When traditional therapies/prescriptions did not work she began to explore different types of therapies to help resolve the pain. She was open minded to discover other types of bodywork therapies and finally a resolution to her health problems. Going through this experience made Deborah realize that she wanted to learn how to help others relieve their pain and stress through the therapy methods that helped her so well.
